Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
  • Record purchase, sales, payment and receipt entries.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers and other accounting documents.
  • Handle bank reconciliation (BRS) and monitor bank transactions.
  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
  • Track expenses and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
  • Prepare basic financial and accounting reports as required.
  • Reconcile customer and vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers and auditors when required.
  • Ensure timely completion of accounting activities and month-end closing.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
