Job Description:

We are hiring Diploma ECE freshers for our Production Department. The candidate will work on IPIS LED Board fitting, wiring, assembly, testing support, packing and dispatch activities.

Responsibilities:

  • IPIS LED board fitting and assembly
  • Basic wiring and connections
  • Support production technicians in wiring, fitting and assembly
  • Basic inspection and quality checking
  • Identify and report fitting/wiring issues
  • Packing and dispatch of finished boards
  • Follow production schedules and safety procedures
  • Support daily production targets

Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical wiring
  • Basic fitting and assembly knowledge
  • Ability to use basic hand tools
  • Basic understanding of measurements
  • Willingness to learn production processes
  • Good teamwork and communication skills

Candidate Eligibility:

  • Diploma – ECE mandatory
  • Freshers can apply
  • Age 18+ preferred
  • Willing to work in an electronics manufacturing/production environment
  • Willing to learn IPIS LED board wiring, fitting, assembly and dispatch
