Position: Kitchen Associate
Location: L3 - 15, Lake Shore Y Junction Mall, IDA Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana
Gender: Female
Work Mode: On-site
Job Summary
We are looking for a Kitchen Associate to support day-to-day kitchen operations, food preparation, cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth service operations in the café.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in basic food and beverage preparation as per standard recipes and instructions.
Support kitchen staff in daily kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas.
Handle kitchen utensils, equipment, and ingredients safely.
Assist with receiving, arranging, and storing food ingredients.
Ensure proper food handling and hygiene practices.
Coordinate with the café/service team for timely order preparation.
Maintain proper portioning and minimize food wastage.
Follow kitchen SOPs, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards.
Report any equipment, stock, or food-quality issues to the supervisor.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduate preferred.
Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food hygiene.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Should be hardworking, responsible, and attentive.
Ability to work in a fast-paced café/mall environment.
Previous experience in a café, restaurant, kitchen, hospitality, or food-service role will be an advantage.
