Position: Commis 1 & DCDP – Pan Asian / Thai Cuisine

Cuisine Preference: Candidates with experience in Pan Asian cuisines such as Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Singaporean, or Korean are preferred.

Prepare Pan Asian / Thai dishes as per recipes and standards.

Handle mise en place and assigned kitchen section.

Maintain food quality, hygiene and consistency.

Support the senior chefs during daily operations and service.

Manage the assigned kitchen section and daily operations.

Prepare Pan Asian / Thai dishes with consistency in taste and presentation.

Guide Commis team and support smooth service operations.

Ensure hygiene, food safety, portion control and minimum wastage.

Experience: 3–5 years in Pan Asian / Thai / Asian cuisine preferred.
