Kids Fashion Stylist

About the Role:

We are looking for a fashion/creative professional who enjoys working with children and is comfortable being actively involved during photoshoots. This is a hands-on styling and shoot execution role, not a desk-based fashion styling position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Style children for portfolio, themed and brand photoshoots.
2. Select and coordinate outfits, accessories and overall looks according to the shoot theme.
3. Help children with basic poses, expressions, movements and positioning during the shoot.
4. Interact and play with children to make them comfortable and help them perform naturally in front of the camera.
5. Keep children engaged and energetic throughout the shoot.
6. Suggest creative poses, concepts and styling ideas.
7. Assist in executing monthly themed photoshoots and contribute new creative ideas.
8. Coordinate with photographers, makeup artists and the studio team to ensure the shoot runs smoothly.
9. Handle styling requirements before and during the shoot.
10. Ensure the final look matches the planned theme and shoot requirements.
11. Maintain and organize styling accessories, costumes and props.
12. Creativity and the ability to develop new concepts/themes are important.

2. The candidate will be required to actively interact, play and engage with children during shoots.
3. The role involves helping children pose, express themselves and feel comfortable in front of the camera.
4. Candidates should be comfortable working with children for extended periods.

This is not a conventional fashion-styling role focused only on wardrobe selection or styling adults.

Candidates who are uncomfortable working directly with children or participating actively during shoots may not be suitable for this role.
