Job RoleField Executive – Field Collections

1. Job ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their registered residential or office addresses for payment follow-ups.
2. Follow up with overdue customers and encourage timely loan repayments.
3. Explain outstanding dues, EMI details, and available settlement options to customers.
4. Collect payments through authorized digital payment channels.
5. Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until payment is completed.
6. Update daily visit reports, customer feedback, and payment details to the reporting manager.
7. Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
8. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
9. Coordinate with the calling team and reporting managers for effective case closures.
10. Follow company policies and maintain professional conduct during customer visits.

• Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th / Intermediate / Any Degree.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and Google Maps.
• Willingness to travel within assigned locations.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Responsible, disciplined, and target-oriented.
