Job Description

  • Reply to customer enquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls.
  • Explain our theatre rooms, decor options, cakes, food, add-ons, packages, and available time slots.
  • Convince customers to confirm their bookings and collect advance payments.
  • Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
  • Reserve and update bookings on the company website.
  • Share booking details with the respective branch team.
  • Confirm customer requirements and ensure smooth coordination until the event date.
  • Maintain proper records of enquiries, payments, and bookings.
