Job Description
Job Description: Helpers, Pickers & Packers, and Movers for Warehouse Position Title: Helpers, Pickers & Packers, and Movers
Qualifications: 8th/10th/12th Pass Working Days: 6 Days per week Shift Duration: 9 hours
Overtime: Provided on an hourly basis if working beyond 9 hours. OT rate will be equivalent to the hourly rate.
Job Responsibilities:
•
Assist in the daily operations of the warehouse.
•
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
•
Move and organize inventory within the warehouse.
•
Load and unload shipments.
•
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
•
Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
•
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
•
Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
•
Attention to detail and accuracy.
•
Reliable and punctual.
•
Team player with good communication skills
