E-Commerce Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, hands-on and result-oriented Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager to manage the day-to-day online business operations and digital marketing activities for our growing FMCG brands, Nutilite and Teavera.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily orders and operations across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

Maintain and regularly update product listings, pricing, images, offers and product information.

Monitor online sales, stock availability, cancellations, returns and platform-related issues.

Coordinate with digital marketing/creative agencies for Meta, Google and other campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance, ad spend, ROAS, sales and conversions.

Manage regular social media postings and content calendars in coordination with the agency.

Coordinate product creatives, influencer activities and promotional campaigns.

Prepare regular reports on online sales, campaigns and digital performance.

Use AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT and other relevant tools to improve productivity and marketing output.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 years of relevant FMCG experience.

Hands-on experience with e-commerce / quick-commerce platforms preferred.

Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and online advertising.

Experience coordinating with external agencies.
