Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Visits: Travel to assigned residential or business addresses to trace defaulters and follow up on delayed EMIs or bills.
  • Debt Recovery: Collect outstanding dues via cash, cheque, or mobile payment apps while issuing proper receipts.
  • Negotiation: Persuade customers to clear dues, explain penalties for non-payment, and structure feasible settlement or installment plans.
  • Record Keeping: Update daily visit logs, field notes, and payment statuses into the company mobile app or CRM system.
  • Compliance: Follow legal protocols and company policies without using harassment or abusive collection practices. [1, 2, 3, 4]
