Role & responsibilities

1. Visit all counters as per Route Plan.

2. Do daily plan of POB (Personal Order Booking), Supply, Collection, Outstanding Control and Short

Expiry liquidation as per Operating Procedure.

3. Do Supply / Dispatch the Product within shortest possible time as per Route Plan or earlier.

4. Do take proper Personal Order Booking, Supply, Collection as per the daily plan, Outstanding

Control & Short Expiry liquidation.

5. Do collection of outstanding payment within 60 days of the supply of product to the counters.

6. Do Quarterly Physical of all live counters as per agreed month i.e. April, July, September,

December.

7. Replace Short Expiry Products by Long Expiry Products at Slow Moving Counters.

8. Shift the Short Expiry Products to the Top 5 Fastest Moving Counters of the Product or if quantity is

big, it may be shifted to Territory / other Headquarter also.

9. Ensure no Short Expiry Products available at any counter less than 6 months and ultimately ensure

zero expiry of the Products at the Counter.

10. Ensure availability in such a way that no prescription is bounced but as the same time not excess

the stock.

11. Achieve his monthly supply target / collection Target.

12. Make Irregular Counters to Regular one.

13. Provide Market Intelligence of Slow Moving, Not Moving and Fast Moving Products.

14. Make new customers (add new counters) for supply of the product.

15. Provide Market Intelligence about the Competitors Brand and Company which replaced our

Product in market.

16. Provide Market Intelligence to convert a Doctor from Regular to Special.

17. Check Closing Stock at Chemist once in a month or as and when required.
