Job Description
This role is responsible for generating business through existing customer base, cross-selling loan products, and driving conversions at partner locations. This role involves field sales activities, lead conversion, relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets with high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to existing customers for cross-selling personal loan products.
• Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits to customers.
• Handle customer queries effectively and maintain a positive relationship.
• Achieving monthly sales and productivity targets
• Maintain and update customer details and sales records in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth disbursement and post sales follow-up.
