elationship Manager (RM) – Job Responsibilities

Company: The Roy Legal Consultant

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, financial institutions, and business partners.

Lead Management: Handle incoming leads, coordinate with the Telecalling Team, and ensure timely client follow-ups.

Loan Processing: Manage loan-related services, including Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), Education Loans (EL), and Mortgage Loans (ML).

Account Services: Coordinate with clients for account opening, GST-related services, accounting services, and other financial requirements.

Insurance Services: Handle insurance leads, explain suitable insurance products, and coordinate the documentation and processing.

Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly targets for loans, accounts, insurance, and other company services.

Team Coordination: Coordinate with Sales Executives, Telecalling Executives, Team Leaders, and branch staff to ensure smooth operations.

Appointment Management: Assign client appointments to the appropriate Sales Executive and monitor client visits and meeting outcomes.

Documentation & Reporting: Ensure proper maintenance of client records, KYC documents, application status, and daily or monthly reports.

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, generate referrals, and develop relationships with banks and corporate clients.

Follow-up & Conversion: Follow up on pending applications, resolve client queries, and ensure maximum lead-to-client conversion.

Revenue Generation: Contribute to branch revenue growth through loan disbursements, account services, insurance sales, and client retention.

Compliance: Ensure that all client documentation and business activities follow company policies and applicable financial regulations.

Team Performance Monitoring: Review daily performance, track targets, and report progress and challenges to senior management.

Client Satisfaction: Maintain professional communication and provide timely updates to clients throughout the service process.

Monthly sales and revenue targets achieved.

Number of loan disbursements and accounts completed.

Insurance business generated.

Lead conversion and client appointment success rate.

Timely submission of reports and documentation.
