Job description:

The role: You'll own financial control and MIS for the company, manage the accounts team, and be ERC's primary point of contact with our bank, CA, CS, and investors. If you're currently a Finance Manager/Senior Manager ready to step into a seat with real ownership and direct leadership access, this is built for you.

What you'll own:

  • Financial control & MIS — approvals, reconciliation oversight, monthly reporting to leadership
  • External relationships — bank/lender coordination, statutory audit liaison, investor coordination
  • Team leadership — manage and develop the accounts team
  • Compliance — GST, TDS, PF/ESIC oversight

What we're looking for:

  • Proven ownership of a similar finance role — ideally multi-location/SME environment
  • Comfortable operating independently, with strategic guidance rather than daily oversight
  • Experience managing a small team
