Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to handle day-to-day accounting tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
- Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and expense reports
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements
- Monitor cash flow and maintain proper ledger accounts
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning
- Coordinate with auditors for audits and financial reviews
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
