Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads. • Explain company products and services to potential customers over the phone. • Follow up on leads, customer inquiries and quotations. • Identify customer requirements and communicate suitable product solutions. • Maintain customer databases, call records and follow-up reports. • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team. • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers. • Achieve daily calling targets and contribute to monthly sales objectives. • Coordinate with the field sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
