Job Description
Real Estate Sales Manager leads property sales teams, drives revenue targets, and manages client and channel partner relationships.
The Sales Manager oversees residential or commercial property sales operations, guides sales executives and channel partners, and ensures monthly and quarterly revenue objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Training: Lead, motivate, and mentor sales representatives, brokers, and channel partners. Conduct regular training, role-playing, and performance tracking.
- Sales Strategy & Targets: Set individual and team sales quotas, monitor the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, and design local market strategies.
- Lead & Inventory Management: Oversee property listings, inventory, pricing structures, and incoming lead distribution from digital portals or referrals.
- Client & Broker Relations: Build and maintain networks with high-net-worth clients, investors, property owners, and channel partners. Handle high-value negotiations and site visits.
- Market Analysis & Reporting: Track local real estate trends, competitor pricing, and project developments. Prepare regular sales performance and forecast reports for senior management.
