Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases/leads
  • Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
  • Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and requirement
  • Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with clients for feedback and conversions
  • Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/lead sheets daily
  • Handle customer queries and route them appropriately
  • Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and telecallers
  • Develop sales strategies to generate leads and boost conversions
  • Manage key client relationships and close high-value deals
  • Track market trends, competitor pricing, and new projects
  • Conduct regular training and review meetings with the team
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations
