Experience: 1+ year in Sales / B2C / Inside Sales

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle B2C sales through calls and follow-ups.
• Connect with prospective learners and understand their requirements.
• Explain training programs, benefits, pricing, and career opportunities.
• Convert leads into successful enrollments.
• Make regular outbound calls and follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C / Inside Sales / EdTech Sales.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and lead follow-ups.
• Target-oriented and motivated by incentives.
• Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Candidates with EdTech, training, education, or international sales experience will be preferred.
