Job Description

  • Job Title: Sales Manager (Retail & Luxury Fashion)Location: Gurugram / Delhi NCR
  • Compensation (CTC): ₹10,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum
  • Experience: 10+ Years (Proven background in Premium / Luxury Apparel or Designer Studio Sales)
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Degree from NIFT/FDDI/Pearl Academy or BBA/MBA (Retail/Marketing) preferred

Key Responsibilities1. Revenue & Retail Targets

  • Drive and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual store revenue goals.
  • Monitor and improve key retail KPIs: Footfall Conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), Units Per Transaction (UPT), and Sales per Sq. Ft.
  • Formulate seasonal sales strategies for bridal, festive, and trunk-show collections.

2. Clienteling & VIP Relationship Management

  • Lead high-ticket consultations, bespoke/made-to-order bookings, and bridal appointments.
  • Build and maintain a loyal clientele database of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) to drive repeat footfall.
  • Handle high-touch client escalations regarding custom fits, alterations, and deliveries smoothly.

3. Team Leadership & Store Operations

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of retail stylists and sales executives; conduct daily target and grooming briefings.
  • Supervise floor operations: POS billing, cash/card reconciliations, inventory stock audits, and shrinkage control.
  • Oversee Visual Merchandising (VM) standards, window curation, and product displays in alignment with brand aesthetics.
  • Core Skill RequirementsHigh-Ticket Consultative Selling: Mastery in storytelling, luxury styling, and converting bridal/premium walk-ins.
  • Garment & Fabric Fluency: Solid understanding of silhouettes, embroideries, weaves, and customized fits.
  • Operational Command: Proficient in retail POS software, MS Excel, inventory logs, and CRM databases.
  • Leadership & Polish: Impeccable grooming, high-touch luxury retail etiquette, and strong team motivation skills.
