Job Description

Role & responsibilities


• Familiar with CRM tools for managing leads, client information, follow-ups, and maintaining records.

• Calling and following up with prospective leads.

• Maintaining regular follow-ups with domestic and international clients.

• Preparing and sharing quotations with domestic and international clients via email.

• Managing and maintaining client and business data.

• Updating and maintaining daily tracking sheets and records.

• Maintaining and updating records in the internal system.

• Handling customer queries and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.


Required Skills


• Proficiency in CRM tools for lead and customer management.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management.

• Good report writing and documentation skills.

• Basic proficiency in Canva for creating professional presentations and visual content.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
