Job Description

Job Summary

Customer-facing retail sales role responsible for assisting customers, recommending liquor products, maintaining product displays, and driving sales. Candidates should have good communication skills and knowledge of alcoholic beverages such as Whisky, Wine, Vodka, Rum, Gin, Brandy, and Beer.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
  • Recommend products based on customer preferences and budget.
  • Explain brands, prices, pack sizes, and offers.
  • Maintain attractive product displays and shelf arrangements.
  • Monitor stock and report low-stock/fast-moving products.
  • Assist with receiving and storing inventory.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints.
  • Coordinate with the store manager and team.
  • Prevent stock discrepancies, theft, and unauthorized transactions.
  • Assist with daily sales and stock reports.
  • Follow applicable liquor-sale laws, licensing requirements, and age-verification rules.
