Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales and customer service. Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales will be an added advantage.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through various marketing and networking channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and sales processes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
• Requirements6 months to 3 years of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving license.
