Relationship Manager (Home Loans / LAP)
Position: Relationship Manager (RM)
Location: Gurgaon
Number of Openings: 15
CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred (maximum 15 days)
Job SummaryWe are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers with experience in Home Loans (HL) and/or Loan Against Property (LAP). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the DSA channel, excellent communication skills, and proven field sales experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate business through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel.
- Source and acquire Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, customers, and other business partners.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion.
- Guide customers through the loan application process and ensure smooth documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely loan processing and disbursement.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and channel partners to ensure high service standards.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and lending products.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1 year of experience in Home Loans (HL) and/or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with the DSA channel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Field sales experience is mandatory.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileSelf-motivated and result-oriented professional.
- Strong relationship-building and customer-handling skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of 15 days or less will be preferred.
Compensation: Up to ₹4 LPA (based on experience and interview performance).
