Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Job Responsibilities Manage and lead the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, digital leads, and other sources.
• Handle client meetings and understand their property requirements.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities to clients.
• Coordinate and conduct property/site visits and ensure effective follow-up.
• Motivate and monitor team members to improve sales performance.
• Track daily calls, meetings, site visits, bookings, and closures.
• Maintain regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with developers/channel partners for inventory, pricing, offers, and site visits.
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and support the team in closing deals.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and team-management abilities.
• Good knowledge of the Gurgaon Market and Mumbai real estate market.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Ability to handle client objections and close deals.
• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.
