Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Regional Operations Leadership: Oversee multi-city eldercare operations across North India, ensuring efficient service delivery, operational excellence, and adherence to defined quality standards.
• Business Expansion & Scaling: Drive business expansion across North Indian states, establishing and scaling operations within 18 months through process stabilization, operational discipline, and effective execution.
• Elder-Centric Care Delivery: Develop a strong understanding of the physical, emotional, and care-related needs of elders, addressing service delivery challenges while ensuring dignity, safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
• Process Standardization: Implement standardized operating procedures, robust operating frameworks, and performance monitoring mechanisms across homecare and assisted living services.
• Clinical Governance & Quality Assurance: Strengthen clinical governance, care protocols, compliance, and service quality benchmarks to ensure consistent and reliable care delivery.
• Manpower & Workforce Management: Lead workforce planning, resource allocation, team productivity, and staffing efficiency to ensure the availability of skilled personnel across locations.
• Financial & Cost Management: Drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and resource utilization while maintaining service quality and business sustainability.
• Customer Experience Enhancement: Improve the overall experience of elders and their families through responsive service delivery, effective grievance resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with medical, sales, and central teams to align business growth, clinical requirements, operational execution, and customer expectations.
• Performance Management: Monitor key operational metrics, identify performance gaps, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement across the region.
