Management Trainee

The Management Trainee program is an intensive, structured training path designed to develop future leaders. You will rotate through key departments—including design, estimation, project management, and client servicing. You will learn how commercial spaces (like offices and retail stores) are planned, priced, and built from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assist senior project managers with daily site operations and progress tracking.
• Cost Estimation: Help prepare material take-offs, budget estimates, and client proposals.
• Vendor Coordination: Interact with contractors, suppliers, and architects to keep projects on schedule.
• Client Interaction: Attend client meetings, take notes, and help prepare project status reports.
• Process Improvement: Research new building materials, sustainable practices, and workflow tools to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
• Skills: Strong communication, basic problem-solving, and good organization skills.
• Software: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of AutoCAD or basic project management tools is a plus.
• Mindset: Eager to learn, adaptable to fast-paced construction sites, and detail-oriented.
