About the RoleWe are looking for a hardworking, disciplined and fast-learning Kitchen Helper to join our restaurant team.

You do not need to be a professional chef. We are looking for someone who is practical, physically active, willing to learn and able to follow instructions properly.

• Main ResponsibilitiesAssist in daily kitchen preparation and cooking.
• Prepare vegetables, onions, dough, stuffing and other ingredients.
• Support the Karigar/Captain during rush hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shift.
• Clean and organize kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Follow the correct cloth, pocha and cleaning system.
• Keep every utensil, ingredient and packaging item in its designated place.
• Refill raw materials after orders.
• Pack and check orders as instructed.
• Help with customer deliveries up to approximately 1 km when assigned.
• Separate wet/food waste and non-biodegradable waste.
• Follow opening and closing cleaning procedures.
• Follow all restaurant SOPs and instructions.

5-Day Trial & TrainingDuring the first 5 days, we will evaluate:

Speed | Hygiene | Discipline | Attendance | Instruction Following | Learning | Teamwork | Behaviour | Pressure Handling | Work Quality

Employees who successfully complete training can continue into a 90-day performance period.

Employees who consistently maintain the required standard, maintain 95%+ attendance, follow SOPs and demonstrate good discipline will have opportunities for promotion and salary growth.

• Misbehaviour with customers or staff

• Deliberate damage or wastage

Working HoursRestaurant operations are generally from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Actual duty hours, breaks and weekly arrangements will be communicated according to the assigned shift and applicable requirements.

Salary₹14,000–₹18,000/month, based on experience, skills and performance.

Salary is credited directly to the employee's bank account.
