🚀 WE ARE HIRING – VIRTUAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (VRM) | LIFE INSURANCE
📍 Location: Sector 48, Gurgaon
💼 Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Telesales
🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
💰 Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives
🕘 Shift: Day Shift

- 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and pitch life insurance products.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve targets.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans.
- Follow up with customers and close sales.
- ✅ Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 6 months of telesales experience.
- 12th-pass candidates can also apply.
- Non-insurance telesales candidates are welcome!
- Insurance sales experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing skills and a target-oriented approach.
