Field Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Generate leads and acquire new customers for loans, insurance and credit card products.
• Customer Acquisition: Identify potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.
• Product Consultation: Understand customer requirements and explain suitable financial products.
• Loan Sales: Assist customers with Personal Loans, Business Loans and Property Loans.
• Insurance Sales: Explain suitable Life, Health and Motor Insurance products to customers.
• Credit Card Sales: Identify eligible prospects and assist them with credit card applications.
• Documentation: Collect and coordinate the documents required for applications.
• Lead Follow-up: Follow up with prospective customers and track application progress.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Target Achievement: Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales.
• Candidates from Loan Sales, Insurance Sales, Credit Card Sales, Banking or Financial Services will be preferred.
• Strong customer-handling and lead-conversion abilities.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and customer meetings.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
