We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented HR Recruiters to join our recruitment team and handle multiple Non-IT hiring requirements.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for BPO, Sales, and other Non-IT roles.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to joining.
• Conduct telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure regular candidate follow-ups.
• Handle bulk and volume hiring for multiple MNC clients.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Achieve hiring targets and ensure timely closures.

🎯 Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Target-oriented approach with good follow-up skills.
• Freshers with basic recruitment knowledge and experienced candidates can apply.
