Job Description
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
o Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Performance & Training:
o Support the rollout of periodic performance appraisal and review cycles.
o Coordinate internal/external training sessions and track employee learning progress.
- Payroll & Compliance:
o Assist in monthly payroll processing input (attendance, leaves, overtime, and bonuses).
o Ensure statutory compliance with local labor regulations (such as PF, ESI, gratuity, or regional employment acts).
o Manage exit interviews, full and final (F&F) settlements, and offboarding documentation.
- Employee Relations & Administration:
o Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and grievances.
o Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and supporting a positive company culture.
Maintain accurate digital and physical employee records, tracking attendance, leaves, and probation reviews.
