Field Sales Executive – Star Health Insurance
Hiring Company: Star Health Insurance
Job Location: Gurgaon
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 CTC + Incentives
Experience: 6 Months+
Education: 12th Pass / UG / Graduate
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job DescriptionWe are hiring Field Sales Executives for Star Health Insurance. Candidates will be responsible for selling health insurance products over the phone and achieving assigned sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities
- Meet to potential customers and explain health insurance plans.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
- Maintain proper records of sales.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of telesales/telecalling/sales experience.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- UG/Graduate candidates can apply.
