Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and onboard cab/taxi drivers across Gurgaon.
- Conduct field recruitment and achieve hiring targets.
- Maintain complete driver details and documentation.
- Prepare and manage daily/weekly driver rosters.
- Coordinate driver attendance, shifts, and deployment.
- Manage drivers and resolve basic operational issues.
- Track driver availability, replacements, and absenteeism.
- Maintain daily hiring and driver management reports.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment/manpower hiring preferred.
- Driver hiring experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills and strong knowledge of Gurgaon local areas.
- Comfortable with field work and travelling.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp.
- Good coordination and driver management skills.
