Job Description
- Drive sales activities to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Manage and convert leads into successful sales through effective follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/project solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and property demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle negotiations, resolve customer queries, and support the sales closing process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales pipelines in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, finance, and customer support for smooth execution.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members when required.
