Job Description
- Engage with customers for delivery & fulfilment of pre-booked customer leads for Bank KYC, onboarding & activation along with any other customer query on-site to customer.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Forex Cards and other cross sell products like International Travel Insurance, E-Sim, Forex Cash etc.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure service & generate referrals for all products placements for which incentive can be earned.
- Actively participate in all trainings and stay updated on product knowledge & other know how for lead status mapping, escalation for issues and other process of customer service.
