Job Description

What You’ll Do:

Clinical & Procedural Duties

⁠ ⁠Coordination with pharmaceutical companies for placing orders, accountal of all medicines received and dispensed, Dispensing medicines to patients, handlinging timely payments to companies

⁠ ⁠Do Billing, stock upkeep etc on Pharmacy E-Marg Software

⁠ ⁠Handling patient records & photos

⁠ ⁠Should have Working knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets


When required, Assist doctors during:

Hair transplant procedures

Minor plastic surgery and dermato-surgery cases

Laser and aesthetic treatments

Monitor patient vitals before, during, and after procedures.

Manage post-procedure care, and follow-ups.

Patient Care & Coordination

Provide compassionate and professional interaction with patients at all times.

Guide patients on pre- and post-procedure instructions.

Support clinic flow by coordinating with doctors, technicians, and front-desk staff.

Handling front-desk role for patient inflow, appointment booking, payments, billing

Ensure proper documentation of patient files, consumables, and treatment details.

Patient before and after photographs

Any other task as may be assigned from time to time


Ability to draw blood for PRP and put cannula for IV would be added advantage

Experience:

  • Pharmaceutical sales: 1 years (Required)
  • Pharmacy software: 1 year (Required)
