Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live CCTV feeds across all GBPL construction sites throughout the shift
  • Track movement of supervisors, drivers, and site staff against expected schedules/routes
  • Cross-verify attendance records against CCTV footage timestamps
  • Flag unauthorized visitors, safety violations, or irregular activity in real time
  • Conduct spot-checks on recorded footage for sites not under active live view
  • Maintain a daily monitoring log and report discrepancies to HR/site supervisors same-day
  • Escalate security incidents or safety violations immediately per protocol
