Job Description
Hydraulic lift installation and commissioning technician
1. Position Details
- Job Title: Hydraulic Lift Installation & Commissioning Technician
- Experience: 2 to 5 years
- Education: ITI/ DIPLOMA in Mechanical
- Location: Site Based- PAN India
2. Key Responsibilities
- Site preparation & installation- site measurement check karna, Guide Rail Bracket Marking, drilling and fixing krna, Guide rail alignment, plumb aur jointing karna, Hydraulic Cylinder, power pack unit aur oil tank install karna, Hydraulic piping, hose fitting aur leakage check karna, cabin door, COP, LOP fitting karna, Landing door frame, sill, hanger aur door operator install karna
- Electrical & Panel work- control panel me wiring karna as per wiring diagram, limit switches, sensors, push buttons ki wiring karna, travelling cable aur shaft wiring complete karna, earthing aur safety circuit check karna
- Commissioning tested- Hydraulic oil filling aur air bleedinh karna, pressure sstting aur valve adjustment karna, lift levelinh aur door levelinh set karna, safety gear, buffer, emergenvy stop test karna. Final commissioning aur client ko handover demo dena
- Other duties- Daily work progress report site incharge ya office admin ko dena, site pr safety norms aur PPE follow karna, tools aur material ki care karna, minor breakdown aur AMC me support dena
3. Required Skills- Hydrauliv power pack aur cylinder ka knowledge, Guide Rail alignment aur door fitting me expwrtise, electrical panel wiring aur troubleshooting aani chahiye, GA drawing aur electrical drawing padhna aana chahiye
4. Note- G+3 tak hydraulic lifg ka direct experience preferred hai, travel karna paddha
