Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Tally or Zoho Books: entries, ledgers, and monthly closing
  • Bank and payment-gateway reconciliations, plus tracking of receivables and payables
  • Process vendor payments, team reimbursements, and studio/production expense records
  • Support monthly payroll processing: salary sheets, TDS on salaries, and payout coordination
  • Prepare data for GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS filings, working closely with our CA
  • Maintain the statutory compliance calendar and registers with the CA's guidance
  • Share a simple monthly MIS with the founders: expenses, collections, and cash position
