Job Title: 3D VisualizerJob Overview:

We are looking for a talented 3D Visualizer to create high-quality 3D models, renders, and visual presentations for interior and architectural projects. The candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and skilled in transforming design concepts into realistic visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create 3D models and realistic renders for interior/exterior designs

* Develop 2D drawings into 3D visual presentations

* Apply textures, lighting, and materials for realistic output

* Work closely with interior designers and architects

* Produce walkthrough animations and still renders

* Revise designs based on client feedback

* Maintain quality and consistency in all visuals

Required Skills:

* Proficiency in software like 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender

* Strong understanding of lighting, textures, and composition

* Good visualization and creative skills

* Attention to detail

* Time management and ability to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

* Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

* Experienced candidates can apply

Preferred:

* Portfolio of 3D work (renders, walkthroughs)

* Knowledge of latest design trends and rendering techniques

* Prepare layout plans, mood boards, and presentations

* Ensure designs are functional, practical, and aligned with project budgets

* Stay updated with the latest design trends and materials

Required Skills

* Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools

* Strong knowledge of AutoCAD

* Good understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and space planning

* Ability to create photorealistic renders
