Job Description
Dev Solar is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Solar Telecaller Executive to join our sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their solar requirements, explaining solar products and the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, and converting leads into qualified prospects and site visits.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to new and existing solar leads.
- Explain rooftop solar systems, pricing, benefits and subsidy-related information.
- Understand customer requirements and electricity consumption.
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits/appointments.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers through phone and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, site visits and customer meetings.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
