Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


* Handle enquiries from new customers, distributors, dealers & existing customers.

* Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed orders.

* Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders & new requirements.

* Handle order, dispatch & payment follow-ups.

* Confidently communicate and deal with new & existing customers.

* Maintain customer relationships and lead/order records.


Requirements:


* Excellent communication & convincing skills.

* Confident in phone & WhatsApp communication.

* Strong follow-up and sales-oriented approach.

* Basic computer/Excel knowledge.

* Sales/Telecalling experience preferred.

* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
