Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Explain real estate projects, pricing and offers.
  • Generate and qualify leads through calling.
  • Follow up with interested customers regularly.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Maintain customer information and call records.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
  • Requirements
  • 6 months – 2 years of experience in Telecalling / Real Estate Sales / Telesales preferred.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English preferred.
  • Target-oriented and confident personality.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
