Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and proactive Inside Telecaller / Recruiter to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for healthcare and home-care staffing requirements.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential candidates and explain available job opportunities.
- Source and screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, document collection, and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate records and follow up regularly.
- Coordinate with the recruitment and operations teams for staff deployment.
- Handle candidate queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making regular outbound calls.
- Hindi communication is essential; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in telecalling, recruitment, HR, or healthcare staffing is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
