Sales Executive

JD For IndiaMART Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive IndiaMART Executive to manage inbound inquiries, generate leads, and support sales growth through the IndiaMART platform.

 Key Responsibilities:

·      Handle daily leads and inquiries received from IndiaMART promptly and professionally

·      Understand customer requirements and share quotations, catalogues, datasheets, and company profile.

·      Coordinate with the sales, technical, and dispatch teams for timely follow-ups

·      Maintain proper lead status, follow-up records, and MIS reports

·      Convert leads into qualified prospects and orders

·      Communicate with customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp

·      Ensure high response time and lead-to-order conversion ratio

·      Update product listings, prices, and company profile on IndiaMART (if required)

·      Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

 Skills & Requirements:

·      Good communication skills (English & Hindi)

·      Knowledge of IndiaMART CRM / Lead Manager preferred

·      Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, WhatsApp)

·      Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills

·      Ability to handle pressure and multiple leads daily
