Position: Laptop Repair Technician

Experience: Minimum 5+ Years – Experienced Candidates Only

• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in laptop repair and servicing.
• Degree holders only are eligible to apply.
• Relevant technical certifications will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Good customer handling and communication skills are mandatory.
• Should be able to understand customer requirements and provide proper technical guidance.
• Must be quick to adapt to new technologies, models, and repair techniques.
• Ability to work independently and handle repair jobs responsibly.
• Technical Skills RequiredLaptop opening, assembly and disassembly.
• Laptop fabrication and structural repair.
• Touchscreen folder/assembly replacement and fitting.
• Internal keyboard replacement.
• Palmrest, hinges, display and other laptop component replacement.
• Good knowledge of AIO (All-in-One) desktop opening and servicing.
• Hardware diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Good overall knowledge of laptop components and repair procedures.
• Experience handling premium/high-end and gaming laptops will be an advantage.
• Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair laptops accurately.
• Perform hardware replacement and repair work as required.
• Handle touchscreen, keyboard, hinge, fabrication and other hardware-related jobs.
• Open and service AIO desktops.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding technical issues and repair status.
• Ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of assigned jobs.
• Maintain proper care of customer devices and follow service-center procedures.
