Industry: Real Estate Department: Human Resources (HR) Role: HR Recruiter / Recruiter Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Job Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions within the organization. • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels. • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements. • Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews and assess candidates. • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. • Follow up with selected candidates regarding documents, offer letters, and joining formalities. • Maintain and update candidate data in Excel, Resdex, and recruitment trackers. • Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process. • Maintain daily recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management. • Support basic HR activities related to employee onboarding and documentatio
