Accountant

·     Good knowledge of the complete export documentation process.

·     Expertise in Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, and Certificate of Origin.

·     Strong knowledge of export accounting entries and reconciliation.

·     Expertise in GST on exports (LUT/Bond, Zero-Rated Supplies, IGST Export, GST Refund process).

·     Experience in preparing and filing GSTR-3B, GSTR-1, and reconciliation with books.

·     Knowledge of GST Refund applications, documentation, and follow-up.

·     Understanding of foreign currency transactions and exchange rate accounting.

·     Knowledge of RBI/FEMA compliance and export realization.

·     Experience in bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and ledger scrutiny.

·     Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, banks, customs, and overseas customers.

·     Preparation of MIS reports, month-end closing, and audit support.

·     Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP, Busy, SAP (if applicable), and Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, V LOOKUP/X LOOKUP, SUM IFS).

·     Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, accuracy, compliance, and the ability to meet deadlines.

·     DIC / Export Incentive Claim preparation, documentation, reconciliation, and follow-up with the concerned authorities.
