Content Creator & Online Sales Executive – Full TimeNamah Creations is hiring a creative, confident and helpful girl to join our team full-time, working from our office.
The main responsibility will be to handle our Instagram & Facebook, create engaging Reels/content, manage WhatsApp enquiries and convert online customers into sales.
- Responsibilities📱 Manage Instagram & Facebook pages
- 🎥 Shoot and create engaging Reels & product content
- ✂️ Edit videos and create trend-based content
- 💬 Handle WhatsApp enquiries and follow-ups
- 🛍️ Convert online enquiries into confirmed orders
- 💰 Work towards online sales targets and earn incentives/commission on sales
- 🤝 Help customers visiting the store and assist them with a positive shopping experience
- 💡 Bring new content ideas and stay updated with Instagram/Facebook trends
- 📦 Coordinate with the team regarding online orders and customer requirements
- What We're Looking ForConfident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Good communication skills in Hindi/Hinglish
- Creative and comfortable in front of the camera
- Basic to good video editing skills
- Good understanding of Instagram & Facebook Reels
- Friendly, helpful and patient with customers
- Sales-oriented and confident in converting enquiries
- Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need to be told what to do every time
Job Details📍 Location: Nangal Raya, New Delhi
